DESIGN CONCEPTS
Grand Lake Green Link / Eastlake Park

This perimeter park area represents a significant open space area with heavy use by neighbors, local shoppers, and school children. The alternative recognizes the creek as a significant element of the watershed and proposes to make it a central feature of the park. The feasibility of daylighting the creek needs further technical exploration. As an alternative to daylighting the creek, its presence could be "interpreted" by a designed landscape.
